This is a critical position, as you will be representing the company over the phone to customers and to local emergency services agencies. Cape Cod Alarm operates its own Central Station, monitored by our team 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Central station operates 24/7; availability on weekends, holidays, and during inclement weather is a requirement.
